Q: How can I purchase tickets?
A: There are 3 ways you can purchase tickets.
  • Our new online ticketing system is a patron favorite! By ordering your tickets online, you can reserve your own seats and save yourself the ticketing fees. Best of all, you can print the tickets at the convenience of your own home! Simply click on the ticket link.
  • You can call to speak with a customer service representative Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM by calling 847-795-1800.
  • Tickets can also be purchased at the box office on the day of the show.

Q: Where is Will Call and what time can I pick up my tickets?
A: Will Call is located at the box office at the Arcada Theatre. Will Call will be available 2 hours prior to showtime.

Q: Do you have seating for patrons with disabilities?
A: Yes, please call 630-587-8400 to speak with a customer service representative.

Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. The Arcada Theatre has a concession stand that features popcorn, candy and soda. Wine, beer, and spirits are available to patrons 21 and over.

Q: Where is the Arcada Theatre located?
A: We are located at 105 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174. Directions from Google Maps.

Directions from Chicago by means of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290):
  1. Take Eisenhower Expressway W/I-290 W
  2. Take exit 7 to merge onto I-355 S toward Joliet
  3. Take the N Ave/IL-64 exit
  4. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Carol Stream and merge onto N Ave/IL-64 W. Contiue to follow IL-64 W

Directions from the north (I-294):
  1. Take I-294 going south
  2. Take exit onto Eisenhower Expressway W/I-290 W toward Rockford/US-20/IL-64
  3. Take exit 7 to merge onto I-355 S toward Joliet
  4. Take the N Ave/IL-64 exit
  5. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Carol Stream and merge onto N Ave/IL-64 W. Contiue to follow IL-64 W

Directions from the south (Joliet):
  1. Take the ramp onto I-355 N/North-South Tollway
  2. Take the exit onto I-88 W/Ronald Reagan Mem Tollway toward Aurora
  3. Take IL-59 exit
  4. Take right at IL-59
  5. Turn left at Joliet St.
  6. Turn left at IL-38/W Roosevelt Rd. Continue to follow IL-38
  7. Turn right at N Bennett St/IL-25. Continue to follow IL-25
  8. Turn left at IL-64/E Main St.

Q: Where is parking around the theater?
A: Plenty of FREE public parking is available in the downtown St. Charles area near the Arcada Theatre.
Three lots are shown on the map below and additional area parking is also available.

Plenty of Free parking is available in Municipal lots located on 2nd Street and Walnut behind the theatre and on 1st Street behind Cordon Blues





Q: What else to I need to know about the venue?
A: Here's a general list of rules and policies to follow:
  • No laser pointers or concealed weapons of any sort
  • Still digital cameras are allowed but recording devices are prohibited inside the theater
  • Absolutely no smoking
  • Casual dress code
  • Doors for every event open one (1) hour prior to showtime

Q: Is there an age limit at the venue?
A: Children are welcome at the Arcada Theatre. We rely on our patrons to determine whether the show is age appropriate. All children must have a ticket.

Q: Are gift certificates available?
A: Yes, the Arcada Theatre is now providing gift certificates for friends and family to enjoy! Please contact our customer service representative at: 630-587-8400.

Q: Are there any restaurants near the venue?
A: There are several restaurant partners offering special menus and discounts to Arcada customers.

Q: Are there any hotels near the venue?
A: The Hotel Baker is located right across the Fox River at 100 W Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174. "Hotel Baker was built in 1928 on the site of old Haines Mill. Hotel Baker has recently been restored, creating an ambience reminiscent of its formal splendor. And due to its architectural and historical significance, Hotel Baker is listed on the National Register of Historic Places."
